Our Appraisers are familiar with commercial property since we have been appraising this type of real estate for over 25 years.

Our Appraisers are licensed in Ohio and have done work from Toledo to Cincinnati. Our emphasis is in Northwest Ohio. However, we will do work anywhere in Ohio.

Advanced training in the commercial and industrial appraisal field requires additional education and experience.

Midwest Appraisal has an MAI designated Appraiser on staff who has completed this additional education.

The requirements for this designation, which is awarded by the Appraisal Institute include:

• Credit for eight (8) Level 1 courses
• Successful completion of six (6) Level II courses
• Four-Year College Degree
• Passage of comprehensive exam
• Credit for completion of Demonstration Appraisal Report of an income producing property
