These appraisals can be reported based on the client's request. The format varies from limited restricted appraisals to complete self contained appraisals. The fee for these reports, is based on the type and complicated nature of the report as well as the reporting requirements for the project.
Our staff has experience in a wide variety of property types. We specialize in acquisition projects, easement valuations, right of way, and expert testimony.

The office is staffed with a full time office administrator and the equipment involves a net work system with EDI capabilities. Digital cameras as well as laptops and satellite offices in Putnam, Seneca and Ottawa counties, enable us to offer the best services possible.
